VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
As part of our new Mental Health initiative, we will be partnering with NAMI
(National Alliance on Mental Illness) of Davidson County to assist with their events.

The kickoff to their NAMI Walks event is a benefit concert with Jennifer Cihi, the voice of Anime Sailor Moon.
We will be assisting with set-up, check-in, ushering and takedown.
This is a date change from the original date listed in the January newsletter.

Please sign up to volunteer via signup genius HERE
Family members 16 and older can also volunteer with an adult.

ZOOM: Leveraging Your Unique Strengths in 2022!
Tuesday, February 22nd 6-7pm
Facilitated by our very own Sara Cope

Have you paused lately to think about just how unique you truly are?  With very little effort, you bring a set of natural talents or strengths to the projects and people around you on a daily basis.  In our time together, we will explore what makes you one-of-a-kind, and we will begin to think about how you can leverage these strengths to be more confident in life and work.  Prior experience with the CliftonStrengths assessment is not required for this introductory strengths-based session.

RSVP to Emily at  ebarnhouse17@gmail.com  for the zoom link
